Centrally located in downtown Akureyri, this hotel is such a gem. Apart from its accessibility, it is only a stone's throw away from many dining options, shops, Eymundsson and more.
Room was tastefully decorated and super comfortable. The beds were divine and we had one of the best rests in 3 weeks!
Bathroom was small but equipped with toiletries and hairdryer. The heater also came on instantly so it was good.
A good spread for breakfast was neatly placed on the table for us the next morning, and the receptionist was very friendly as well.
She cautioned us about the bad weather and where we should be headed to. Everything was very relaxing at this hotel.
It is great value for money and I highly recommend it for all travelers, especially those spending a couple of nights in Akureyri.
