20 mins' train ride from Zurich city and 10 mins' bus ride from the train station, this hotel is not exactly accessible but I think it is worth the distance.

Located in a small, cosy town, it is near to amenities and buses come every half hour. Also within walking distance to Lake Zurich.

Room was basic but comfortable and well-ventilated. One of the few hotels to provide complimentary water, toiletries and a little chocolate, which was a nice touch.

Breakfast spread was simple but sumptuous.

Owner was very friendly and kindly drove me to the train station the next day, something I really appreciated.

I would recommend this hotel because of the generous hospitality and the bus rides around town were enjoyable!
