Centrally-located in Isafjordur, largest town in Westfjords. Within walking distance to restaurants, supermarket and other amenities.

Comfortable beds and sufficient showers in the hallway. Receptionist was friendly and check-in was quick.

However, walls are too thin and it was tough getting a good rest as we could hear guests walking up and down the stairs and moving around in their rooms.

Also, curtains were sheer lace which proved useless in summer, where there is eternal daylight. We had to drape our towels over the windows to block out some sunlight.

Breakfast buffet was basic with limited choices.

I would not recommend this place if you need a good rest after driving for a long day.
